30-Days-Challenge Cooking and Baking: Day 23, Pizza

I know, I already had a pizza post, but I want to include this as well, because the last pizza session was a bit chaotic and had some  mistakes :’D This one was just perfect, so heavenly! Mums have the best recipes.

Well, we started with the dough. We mixed barm, warm water, a little bit of flour, sunflower oil, salt, and a little bit of sugar, and mixed it all. Then we let the dough wait for half an hour or so. In the meantime we boiled the broccoli, and opened the ingredients for the topping. We decided upon a vegetarian pizza. I don’t really like meat on a pizza, only fish. Of course everyone can decide which ingredient to chose for the topping, but tomato sauce and cheese are a must for pizza. To prepare the tomato sauce, we mixed a package of sieved tomatos with sunflower oil and Pizza spice. We also added two cloves of rasped garlic. Now the only thing to do was to open the doughs and spread the tomato sauce on them and arrange the cheese and toppings. We chose Broccoli, Mushrooms, Olives, Corn, Bell pepper, celery, and onions.

It was so tasty! I ate one whole pizza *o*. Well at least it was with vegetables. I am so full right now, that I can’t even think about eating chocolate or something. But it was totally worth it :)

Making one pizza is not difficult, but making 5 pizza is a hard work, especially when the kitchen is quite small ;) But we managed it in the end.

Thanks for reading :)
