“Life becomes acorns and silence”

Like I told before, we had to write one page or so about a sentence or quote we had to draw from a bag last wednesday at my written communicationII class. My sentence was: “Life becomes acorns and silence.” In about 10 minutes we had to write something about that. Here’s what I wrote:

When the season changes, life becomes acorns and silence, it becomes fog and sadness. Bright sunshine turns into rays of light, breaking through the clouds, and shining upon colorful leaves on the trees and on the ground. Leaves and acorns slowly start to fall, back to the earth, while memories of the bright season seem to vanish and leave place only for silence and sadness in our minds.

I know, it’s not long but it was only 10 minutes, and I had to assert that it is quite hard to write spontaneously about something. Although I immediately knew what I wanted to write about, it was quite hard to find the words.

But I still hope I did well enouh and you enjoy what I wrote.
